Shipping And Returns
1. Processing
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately.Â
2. Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. 4EVR is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item. For returns/exchanges email our customer service department at customersupport@4evrmo.com and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.Â
